BOILER CASING
The sheared sheets of various thickness and in various sizes are cut with lasers or shears, punched and folded with puncher and folder presses. These semi-worked pieces are subsequently assembled with spot welding and therefore welded with a welding robot. Thus a box is obtained on which the finned heat exchanger and the various tubing is also placed. The boiler casing is thus obtained subject to consistent testing under pressure according to the regulations in force. They are subsequently varnished with anti-corrosion products.

FRONT PART (cover)
The sheets for the cover are subject to the same manufacturing cycle already specified for the boiler casing. The welding is carried out manually. The parts thus assembled are varnished high quality polyester spray varnish with the aim of preserving it from possible corrosion and, at the same time, gives the product a remarkable level of finish. The boiler casing and the cover are assembled in their turn, and lastly the glass and all the other components and accessories are installed. The finished product, carefully packaged, is ready for delivery.
